Garlic Shev

This sev is full of garlic savour and styles a perfect snack for all generations. A very popular snack in India that consists of crunchy noodles made from gram flour; is seasoned with hing, salt, red chili powder, garlic powder and fried in refined oil. The shev is eaten as a standalone snack and also used as a topping in Chaat dishes like shevpuri and bhelpuri.
