Instant Kadhi

Ingrediants: Gram Flour, Sugar, Edible Sunflower Oil, Salt, Ginger Powder, Curry Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Red Chilli, Fenugreek etc.

How to use:
1) Add 8 cups buttermilk with the Kadhi Ready-Mix & blend well. (alternatively 1 readymix add 2 buttermilk)
2) Simmer on medium flame & stir continuously till the mixture becomes consistent.
