Malai Mysore Pak

A delicious sweet; with its buttery texture tastes like a dense cookie that melts in the mouth like a piece of ice. This tasty and aromatic sweet is made out of just few ingredients like Gram Flour, Ghee, sugar and some milk solids. Crispy, not so hard but still stiff, this Mysore Pak was invented in the Mysore palace and is one of the classic Indian Dessert.
